Sales Trading

The Sales Trading team provides White Label Clients with trade-related support. This includes supporting White Label Clients with market information, handling trading related situations such as order/trade execution handling and monitoring and stop-out management.

Service Desk

MultiBank’ Service Desk is available to support White Label’s customers with queries such as password reset and first or second level support relating to the use of the platform.

On-boarding & Configuration

Dedicated Operations teams handle White Label on-boarding, project management, branding and customisation of the trading platform(s). Configuration of the account structure, products and pricing is also handled in operations.

Cash Management

The Cash Management team is responsible for transfers to/from the White Label MultiBank accounts vs. the White Label’s own bank accounts.
